We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy makes it simple to send items back.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from personalisation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised kit (printed names, numbers, or badges)
  • Mouthguards and hygiene items once opened
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return

  1. Email returns@centralrugby.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send returns authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack securely and post to the address provided
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 working days of receipt

Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
